How to get support at BCM?
If you have a question regarding the use of the platform you can always make use of the ‘Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ’ page. Where most common questions will be answered.

Users can submit questions or problems (Dutch and English) by sending an email to: support@bcmtoday.com
BCM will review and respond emails on the following time slots;
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 22:00
- Saturday – Sunday : 09:00 – 17:00

Users can also call the BCM customer support (Dutch and English) on weekdays between 09:00 – 17:00.
