Een consensusalgoritme is eigenlijk een algoritme dat de legitimiteit van een blockchain controleert. Dit gebeurt in PoS door te staken en in PoW door te minen.<\/p>\n<p>We zien steeds meer nieuwe soorten consensusalgoritmen, waaronder nu een netwerk dat gebruikmaakt van Proof-of-Humanity. Dit netwerk is Human Protocol.<\/p>\n<p>Human Protocol is een blockchain-infrastructuur die ervoor moet zorgen dat de digitale arbeidsmarkt decentraal wordt.<\/p>\n<p>Het platform is onlangs gelanceerd op de <a href=\"\/nl\/ethereum\/\">Ethereum | Blockchain<\/a> hoofdnet. Het kan nu het hele proces van het aannemen van iemand volledig automatisch uitvoeren. Het platform maakt gebruik van kunstmatige intelligentie en machine learning. Hij zegt trots te zijn op de ontwikkelingen die zij de afgelopen tijd hebben doorgemaakt, bijvoorbeeld op de decentrale arbeidsmarkt.<\/p>\n<p>Dagelijks worden volgens hem veel gebruikers ge\u00efmplementeerd via het platform en dit kan via meerdere netwerken, bijvoorbeeld<a href=\"\/nl\/ethereum\/\"> Ethereum | Blockchain<\/a>, maar ook <a href=\"\/nl\/coin\/solana-sol\/\">Solana<\/a> en <a href=\"\/nl\/coin\/polkadot-dot\/\">Polkadot<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De AI die in het Human Protocol is opgenomen, zal zelf mensen kunnen herkennen en onderscheiden. Dit zal het mogelijk maken om mensen te matchen met een bepaalde baan en er vervolgens voor te zorgen dat dit hele proces succesvol is.<\/p>\n<p>Singh verwacht zelf dat dit de wereld van DeFi volledig zal veranderen.
