De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) had KuCoin al eerder gewaarschuwd voor het opereren in het land zonder de benodigde wettelijke registratie en zet nu druk.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stopgezette services voor Nederlandse gebruikers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>KuCoin gaat stoppen met een uitgebreid dienstenpakket voor zijn Nederlandse klanten, dat zo'n beetje alles omvat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kopen met \u00e9\u00e9n klik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KuCard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peer-to-Peer (P2P) handel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle Spot-producten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle afgeleide producten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kopi\u00ebren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handelsbot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2018KuCoin Earn\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KuCoin gestructureerde producten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Belangrijke data voor servicebe\u00ebindiging<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Het stopzetten van de diensten is gepland in een gefaseerde aanpak die we kunnen zien als fasen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 1 - Vanaf 4 augustus 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanaf deze datum accepteert KuCoin geen nieuwe bestellingen meer van gebruikers in Nederland. Dit is inclusief nieuwe aanvragen voor de KuCard. Gebruikers wordt dringend geadviseerd om open posities te sluiten en hun tegoeden terug te trekken, aangezien de stortingsfunctionaliteiten beperkt zullen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 2 - Vanaf 25 augustus 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle open posities die overblijven na de deadline van 4 augustus zullen met geweld worden geliquideerd en alle lopende orders zullen worden geannuleerd. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Het is cruciaal voor gebruikers om al hun tegoeden op deze datum te hebben opgenomen.<\/span> P2P merchants moeten hun merchant status opheffen om de normale opname van hun marges te vergemakkelijken. Daarnaast worden alle KuCards van Nederlandse gebruikers op deze datum permanent gedeactiveerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 3 - Na 25 augustus 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na de voltooiing van Fase 2 zullen alle Nederlandse gebruikersaccounts worden omgezet naar een \"Withdraw-Only\" status, waardoor alle handel en andere actieve functies op het platform worden uitgeschakeld. Gebruikers krijgen een laatste mogelijkheid om hun geld op te nemen op een andere beurs of portemonnee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Richtlijnen voor niet-Nederlandse gebruikers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruikers die geen Nederlands ingezetene zijn, moeten ervoor zorgen dat hun Know Your Customer (KYC)-documentatie actueel is en hun niet-Nederlandse ingezetene juist weergeeft. Dit zal mogelijke onderbrekingen in de dienstverlening van hun accounts helpen voorkomen. In eerste instantie werkte het samen met het DNB-geregistreerde bedrijf SATOS om diensten aan te bieden via Bybit.nl, maar met een beperkt productaanbod in vergelijking met het wereldwijde platform. Meer recent kondigde Bybit de overgang aan van zijn Nederlandse klanten naar Bybit Europe, dat opereert onder een MiCAR licentie, met als doel een breder scala aan diensten aan te bieden in de Europese Unie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/account.bitvavo.com\/create?a=C89EE0E2CE\">Bitvavo<\/a><\/strong>: Bitvavo is gevestigd in Amsterdam en is geregistreerd bij De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), waardoor het een betrouwbare keuze is voor Nederlandse gebruikers. Het staat bekend om zijn gebruiksvriendelijke interface en directe EUR handelsparen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mexc.com\/register?inviteCode=mexc-ycl\">MEXC<\/a><\/strong>: Deze exchange staat bekend om zijn uitgebreide lijst met beschikbare cryptocurrencies en heeft geen verplichte KYC-eisen voor alle diensten. Het blijft een optie voor Nederlandse gebruikers en biedt functies zoals leverage trading die op andere platforms in Nederland beperkt zijn geworden. De status van MEXC zou echter hetzelfde pad kunnen volgen als die van KuCoin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toekomstperspectief<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>KuCoin werkt actief aan het verkrijgen van een Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCAR) licentie, die een gereguleerd pad zou cre\u00ebren voor het hervatten van de diensten in de hele Europese Unie, mogelijk inclusief Nederland in de toekomst.
