De Belgische Autoriteit voor Financi\u00eble Diensten en Markten (FSMA) zal tegen 17 mei nieuwe regelgeving voor crypto-advertenties introduceren. Volgens de financi\u00eble magnaten toonde het Belgisch Staatsblad van 17 maart aan dat de crypto-advertentie nauwkeurig moet zijn en verplichte risico-informatie moet bevatten. Bedrijven die de advertentie sponsoren, moeten deze v\u00f3\u00f3r elke massale campagne bij de FSMA indienen, wat betekent dat advertenties die gericht zijn op ten minste 25.000 klanten, moeten worden ingediend bij de toezichthouder.<\/span><\/p>

Waarom voert de FSMA deze regelgeving in?<\/span><\/h2>

De FSMA voert deze regelgeving in om de consument te beschermen en het tempo van het toezicht en de financi\u00eble educatie op te voeren. Dankzij de nieuwe regelgeving kan de FSMA controleren of advertenties voor virtuele valuta juist en niet misleidend zijn en of de advertenties de verplichte risicowaarschuwingen bevatten.<\/span><\/p>
