Deze werkwijze versnelt het terugbetalingsproces.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verwachting herstelpercentage<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sinds begin dit jaar wordt een voorstel besproken voor de eerste aflossing van circa 70% binnen een voor Bitvavo acceptabel tijdsbestek. Deze nieuwe overeenkomst is gesloten met betrekking tot de resterende 30%. Dit betekent wat het &quot;herstelpercentage&quot; zal zijn en waarin het zal worden terugbetaald. Dat zijn digitale valuta, contant geld of DCG-preferente aandelen.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wanneer afrekening?<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze overeenkomst wordt de komende weken verder uitgewerkt tot een \u201cPSA\u201d (\u201cPlan Support Agreement\u201d). Deze PSA zal ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd aan het \u201cUCC\u201d (\u201cUnsecured Creditor Committee\u201d), een recent opgericht medezeggenschapsorgaan van alle crediteuren. Waar Bitvavo lid van is. Als het DWU akkoord gaat, moet dit worden bevestigd door de rechter-commissaris voordat met de uitvoering en aflossing kan worden begonnen. De Termsheet wordt vandaag of morgen gepubliceerd op de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bitvavo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bitvavo-blog<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optimistisch resultaat<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoewel het vandaag gepresenteerde principeakkoord nog niet geformaliseerd is en mogelijk nog aan verandering onderhevig is, blijft Bitvavo optimistisch omdat de meerderheid van de schuldeisers, evenals DCG en Genesis, betrokken waren bij de totstandkoming van dit akkoord over de financi\u00eble afwikkeling van schuldeisers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klanten zijn veilig<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zoals eerder aangegeven heeft de huidige situatie met DCG geen impact op de klanten, het platform en de dienstverlening van Bitvavo.
