De lancering van Avelia wordt de grootste SAF book-and-claim piloot, met meer dan 1 miljoen gallons SAF die bijna 15.000 internationale vluchten zou kunnen aandrijven.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wat is Book and claim? <\/span><\/h3>\n

Het book-and-claim-model maakt gebruik van blockchain-technologie om ervoor te zorgen dat bedrijven en luchtvaartmaatschappijen de milieukenmerken te belonen nadat ze hun vluchten op een duurzame manier hebben volstrekt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luchtvaartmaatschappijen, vracht maatschappijen en zakelijke klanten zouden tegelijkertijd de uitstoot kunnen verminderen en tegelijkertijd transparantie en verantwoording kunnen waarborgen.<\/span><\/p>\n
