Web3 wordt steeds populairder, onder het mom van 'het internet of users' te zijn. In Web3 worden; cryptocurrencies<\/a>, DAO's<\/a> en dApps<\/a>zou onder meer worden gebruikt om deze nieuwe vorm van internet mogelijk te maken. Maar voor veel grote tech-reuzen van web2 zijn er verschillende Web3-alternatieven. Namelijk Presearch, die het opneemt tegen de gigantische zoekmachine Google. Maar hoe werkt Presearch? En waarom wil je overwegen een alternatief voor Google te gebruiken?<\/span><\/p>\n

Waarom juist een Web3-alternatief voor Google?<\/h4>\n

Wanneer je kijkt waarom een alternatief voor Google belangrijk is, kun je eigenlijk gewoon kijken naar waarom mensen Web3 in de eerste plaats de voorkeur geven. Er zijn een aantal verschillende redenen waarom mensen Web3 verkiezen boven Web2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Een belangrijke reden is bijvoorbeeld dat de macht over internet sterk gecentraliseerd is en in de handen ligt van een aantal grote spelers, zoals Google, Facebook en Amazon. Bij gebruik van Web3, in dit geval bijvoorbeeld Presearch, ligt de macht veel minder in handen van \u00e9\u00e9n groot bedrijf: Google.<\/span><\/p>\n

Een andere reden dat een Web3-alternatief misschien beter is dan de Web2-oplossing, is de verkoop van data. Momenteel kunnen big tech bedrijven zoals Google al haar gebruikersgegevens verkopen aan degene die er het meeste voor betaalt. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan adverteerders. Een search-engine alternatief, zoals Presearch, biedt een oplossing waarbij gegevens alleen worden verkocht als gebruikers ermee instemmen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Wat is Presearch?<\/h4>\n

Presearch.org<\/a> is een gedecentraliseerde zoekmachine die gebruikers beloont met PRE-tokens. Als u momenteel de zoekmachine-gebruiker gebruikt, ontvangt u 0,0768 PRE (ongeveer $0,02). Dus als je iets zoekt via Presearch, ontvang je alleen voor dit zoekresultaat ongeveer $0.02 aan PRE tokens. De gebruikerservaring van Presearch, is op zich niet veel verschillend dan die van Google.<\/span><\/p>\n
