Je moet niet zomaar blindelings de adviezen over crypto opvolgen van allerlei influencers, ook wel finfluencers genoemd. Dat geeft de Autoriteit Financi\u00eble Markten aan in een offici\u00eble waarschuwing. Deze waarschuwing geldt niet alleen voor cryptoadvies, maar geldt voor alle vormen van financieel advies die influencers geven, denk bijvoorbeeld aan de beurs.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

De AFM-waarschuwing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Een van de redenen waarom de AFM deze waarschuwing heeft gepubliceerd, is dat deze finfluencers helemaal niet bevoegd zijn om financieel advies te geven. Daarnaast concludeert de Autoriteit Financi\u00eble Markten dat deze finfluencers vaak investeringen aanbevelen waar ze zelf ook van profiteren. Ze zullen bijvoorbeeld vaak een cryptovaluta aanbevelen die ze zelf bezitten, in de hoop dat veel mensen het zullen kopen en de prijs zal stijgen.<\/p>

Voor nieuwkomers op de financi\u00eble markten is het heel gebruikelijk om te luisteren naar adviezen die ze online kunnen vinden, bijvoorbeeld op YouTube of Facebook, maar tegenwoordig ook op TikTok. De AFM geeft dus aan dat dit geen goede keuze is.<\/p>

Het is beter om zelf onderzoek te doen zodat je zelf kennis opdoet en deze kennis kunt gebruiken om zelf goede investeringsbeslissingen te nemen. Hoewel het langer duurt, zal het op de lange termijn meer positieve gevolgen met zich meebrengen.<\/p>

Ook geeft de AFM aan dat ze deze influencers de komende tijd nader gaan onderzoeken en geven ze ook aan dat ze vanaf volgend jaar wellicht gestraft worden voor hun 'advies'.<\/p>
