Afhankelijk van uw doel zijn er veel verschillende opties om aan al uw behoeften te voldoen. Als je dagelijkse betalingen of transacties wilt doen, kun je ervoor kiezen om een app op je mobiele apparaat te installeren. Als u Bitcoin op uw pc wilt verhandelen dan kunt u ervoor kiezen om een rekening te openen bij een cryptocurrency exchange, hier kunt u vervolgens uw BTC opslaan om snel te handelen wanneer de prijs gunstig is.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Als het doel is om voor de lange termijn te beleggen dan is het aan te raden om een portemonnee te kopen of te installeren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Er zijn verschillende soorten wallets, online wallets, desktop wallets (software) of hardware wallets. Dat laatste is de veiligste manier om je BTC voor de lange termijn op te slaan aangezien dit de zogenaamde cold storage is, wat inhoudt dat je crypto offline wordt opgeslagen. Een pc kan gehackt worden of met een online wallet ben je afhankelijk van de beveiliging van derden. Een hardware wallet is een extern apparaat dat je kunt aansluiten op je pc of telefoon, deze heeft de sleutel tot je BTC en met behulp van een wallet app kun je Bitcoin&#039;s versturen of ontvangen.
