DNB houdt toezicht op de naleving door Coin Meester BV van de Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme en de Sanctiewet 1977. Coin Meester BV staat niet onder prudentieel toezicht van DNB en evenmin onder gedragstoezicht door de AFM. BCM heeft zichzelf geregistreerd en kan cryptotransacties en de opslag van cryptovaluta blijven faciliteren. Na goedkeuring hebben gebruikers een wekelijkse limiet van \u20ac100.000.
