How to buy Shiba Inu (SHIB)?

During this year, Shiba Inu (SHIB) became one of the most popular meme coins, alongside DogeCoin and SafeMoon. Shiba Inu (SHIB) currently has a market value of $3.4 billion USD, making it rank #29 on CoinGecko.

What is Shiba Inu (SHIB)?

Earlier this week we published our research report on Shiba Inu, where you can learn more about how this project has managed to grow from nothing to over 3 billion.

In a nutshell, Shiba Inu is a social community experiment. 50% of all tokens were locked by the team to provide liquidity on Uniswap pool, and 50% of all tokens were sent to Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum to take them out of circulation ‘forever’.

Probably the team soon regretted this, because Vitalik sold a large part of his SHIB (660M) and other tokens like AKIKTA and ELON which he also received from those projects.

The money was sent to Crypto Covid, an aid fund in India, some money was sent to Ethereum oriented grant programs on Gitcoin, and 500 ETH to Charter Cities. In total a value of over $60M USD at the time.

However, the vision of the project is clear: ”The team is committed to building the best decentralized ecosystem (DECO) out there. Powered by their three tokens: Shiba Inu (SHIB), Leash Dogecoin Killler (LEASH) and Bone (BONE). BONE has not yet been released.”

Where can I buy Shiba Inu (SHIB)?

You might wonder how to buy Shiba Inu (SHIB)? Well, SHIB was listed on several popular exchanges fairly quickly. What initially seemed like a joke that wouldn’t grow, quickly became a wildly popular and growing cryptocurrency.

Initially, SHIB was only listed on Uniswap and 1INCH. However, the Ethereum Network has long had to deal with enormously high transaction fees.

Fortunately, this is now a lot lower, but since this was still the case at the beginning, the community quickly managed to listen to central exchanges, where users were less affected by these fees.

SHIB got initially listed on centralized exchanges such as Gate.io, MEXC Global, Bliaxy and Probit.

Shortly afterwards, large exchanges such as Binance, KuCoin, Huobi and even Crypto com & Coinbase followed.

If you’re interested in buying SHIB, we would recommend buying it on one of the following exchanges: BinanceKuCoinOKEx or Gate.io.
