Google supports data on Ethereum addresses

You can now Google Ethereum addresses and view their balance immediately. A new update in Google’s search engine offers information on Ethereum addresses.

It is as simple as copying and pasting the addresses in your search bar. It will display the amount of ETH some wallets have.

This new function is accessible through the Ethereum blockchain information website Etherscan, which is a block explorer.

What is Ethereum?

Ethereum is a decentralized platform that, like Bitcoin, uses blockchain technology. Despite this, Ethereum is vastly different from Bitcoin. Indeed, Bitcoin’s functionality is focused on transferring value, while Ethereum can serve as the basis for decentralized applications and smart contracts.

Because Ethereum addresses are public, anyone with the correct tools and knowledge can see how much ETH is stored in a specific wallet address.

Google will accept crypto payments in the future

Google has announced that it will begin using Coinbase to accept payments in the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin for cloud services early next year.

Additionally, Google’s head of Web3,Richard Widmann, is working to expand its Web3 features. This indicates that Google, perhaps one of the most significant digital corporations in the world, has its sights set on the next internet interface, which depends on blockchains.
